• Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. If your jewelry is found to have a defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

  

• Normal Wear and Tear: Jewelry is subject to wear and tear over time, especially when worn regularly. This warranty does not cover normal aging, such as scratches, dents, or changes in appearance due to regular use.
• Damage from Misuse or Accidents:  Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized alterations is not covered under this warranty.
• Loss or Theft: The warranty does not cover the loss or theft of your jewelry.

• Step 1: Contact us at beautiesjewelry.com@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
• Step 2: We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us for inspection.
• Step 3: Once we receive the item, our expert jewelers will inspect it to determine the cause of the issue.
• Step 4: If the issue is covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If it is not covered, we will provide you with a quote for the repair.

• Original Proof of Purchase:  Please retain your original proof of purchase, as it may be required to make a warranty claim.
• Processing Time: Repairs or replacements under the warranty may take up to 4 weeks to process, depending on the complexity of the issue.
