• Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and documentation included. Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will void the return policy.
• Exclusions: Custom-made, personalized items, and final sale pieces are non-returnable, as these are created specifically for you. This includes custom ring sizes, engraved items, and bespoke designs.

1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. You can reach us at beautiesjewelry.com@gmail.com with your order number, details of the item you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

   

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send your item back without prior authorization.

3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you need a different size or would like to exchange your item for another, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are treated as new orders, and standard production times apply.

• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made and bespoke items, these pieces are non-returnable.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement or full refund, depending on the circumstances. Please report any damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.

International orders follow the same return process, but please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, including duties and taxes. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all international returns.
